Ayyam al-Beed are the three full moon days (13th, 14th and 15th) of every lunar month in the Hijri calendar.
It was narrated from Abdul Malik ibn Minhal and his father (رضی الله عنهم) that Rasulullah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) used to enjoin fasting the bright days – the thirteenth, fourteenth and fifteenth (when the moon is full). He said:
هو كصوم الدهر أو كهيئة صوم الدهر
“It is like fasting for a lifetime.”
Good & Informative Chanel we all family members are like it very much.
